This site uses cookies to maintain user state information while visiting the site.  A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier.  We do not divulge personal information to any third-parties unless legally obligated to do so.  Nettica Corporation does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

We collect this information through our site's registration form.  To receive our products and services, this registration information is required to establish a viable business relationship with our customers.  Information requested for domain registrations is covered in by this agreement.

This site is not supported by third-party banner advertising.  None of the products on this site contain "spyware".

PART II.  INFORMATION USAGE.

The information collected by Nettica Corporation will be used for maintaining the user's account.

Registered users may receive announcements from us through email as trial licensing or regular licenses are about to expire to better serve our customers.  Users may also elect to receive information about products updates or services.  These updates are only sent if the user chooses to receive the updates, and may remove themselves at any time.

We may share data with the following third parties: Tucows Corp and Nova Information Systems.  These third parties will use the information to process domain registrations and credit card transactions.

We offer links to other Web sites.  Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies.  Their standards may differ from ours.

If our policy on information collection or uses changes, will advise through annoucements on our home page.  These notifications will remain on the site for at least one month.

PART III.  ACCESS TO INFORMATION

Users may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find by emailing Support.  Users may delete their information from our database by transfering any domains registered through us to another party, and then requesting we delete their account.

PART IV. PROBLEM RESOLUTION

If problems arise, users may contact Nettica Corporation by emailing Support.   We are committed to resolving disputes in a timely manner.

PART V. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Nettica Corporation protects user information with the following security measures: SSL encryption for sensitive customer information on our web site, firewalls to protect any databases containing customer information, as well as physically separate networks for private traffic between servers.  Incremental backups of user's data are made daily, and full backups are made weekly.
