Nettica FailSafe Service is an enterprise-class DNS Failover and Monitoring service that leverages the power of our existing Bulk DNS Service to provide you with one of the most powerful DNS failover solutions on the market.  We go well beyond offering a simple IP address reassignment and allow you to change all aspects of your DNS records, for an entire set of domains, for one low price.  Rather than charging on a per-domain basis, we use a "per-rule" basis. We do this because we allow you to failover as many domains as you'd like in a single failover event.

Our services run in multiple geographic locations and multiple networks to ensure that there are no false results when we poll your servers.  If your server fails to respond from one location, we try another. If your server isn't available, then we update your DNS records with the preset parameters of your Failure Group.  When your service is in FailSafe, we poll your server even more frequently until it comes back up, and then we apply your normal configuration and notify you of the resolution.

We provide extensive email notification options, including failure notifications, recovery notifications, as well as weekly and monthly performance reports.  Our reports can also be viewed online in real-time.
